Here’s a list to the Top 4 Best Lubricant for Meat Slicers:
- Petrol-Gel Lubricant – Odorless & Food Grade Safe
- Super Lube 60004 H3 Lightweight Oil
- Globe 519 Special Lubricating Oil
- Stera-Sheen Food Safe Lubricant
Petrol-Gel Lubricant
I highly recommend Petro-Gel for any meat slicer because this small 4-ounce tube can go a long way.
Even though it says it’s a “white food-grade grease” but it’s actually clear and has the consistency of Vaseline.
It’s also waterproof which is great for meat slicers and if you ever need to clean and put a fresh coat of lube it can be easily washed off with mild soap and warm water.
For the price & quality of lubricant, this is my #1 choice!
Super Lube 60004 H3
Another Food-safe lubricant and applies on easily.
Provides great glide ability on meat slicers.
Very light oil and is odorless. Great overall lubricant and does the job.
Globe 519 Special Lubricating Oil
Globe is a provider of kitchen and professional food equipment including slicers, mixers, and scales.
The bottle is designed with a pull-out nozzle for more precise spot lubing.
Also food-safe grade lube and basically OEM lube for professional food equipment including meat slicers.
Stera-Sheen Food Safe Lubricant
Stera Sheen lubricant is a synthetic formula that lasts longer than petroleum-based lubricants.
Repels Moisture, Odorless, Tasteless Clear Gel.

Fun fact: Lubricant is also Vegetarian-based
